This is Week 2 of the meal plans for Spring. I really hope you decide to give this a go, as I know it will save you so much time and stress – everything you need has been organised for you. If you want to read my explanation of how it works, you need this post.

Chicken Fajitas: Follow the directions on the spice mix packet! Serve with mashed avocadoes, yoghurt and tomato salsa

  • 2 x 700g diced lamb
  • 8 chicken breasts

  • 2 lemons
  • Small packet flat leaf parsley
  • Packet of fresh thyme
